Professional guidance: A business consultant ready to assist you in deciding if entrepreneurship is your next step.

For years, I had the ambition to start my own business. And like many people in corporat roles, I kept asking myself the same question:

“Is now the right time?”

I enjoyed my job. My career was progressing. There was always a promotion, a bonus or

share options just around the corner. All good reasons to stay where I was — and equally

good reasons to delay taking the leap into entrepreneurship.

But underneath all that were the doubts I couldn’t shake:

  • Is my business idea strong enough?

  • Will I find clients?

  • Can I replace my salary and support my family?

  • What if I fail?

I had years of experience working with founders, I’d read every book, and I’d watched other people make a success of their ideas. Yet when it came to my own decision, I couldn’t find the kind of guidance I really needed — something practical, honest and tailored to my situation.

In 2021, I finally made the leap and launched Adactia Consulting. Since then, I’ve helped

founders at all stages start and scale their businesses. And what I discovered quickly was this:

Almost everyone thinking about starting a business faces the same uncertainties I did.

No matter their background, experience or confidence, they all had questions about timing, risk, money, feasibility and whether their idea was genuinely viable.

It was during a conversation with the founder of a successful IT services company that the idea for Adactia Business Club was born. We realized that a structured programme

— onedesigned specifically for people in corporate roles weighing up entrepreneurship — would have completely changed the way we made our decisions.

So that’s exactly what we built.
